New Japanese restaurant has right blend of taste, tradition

Sitting cross-legged on grass mats, sipping sake and eating sushi. This kind of Japanese dining experience is, well, foreign 'round these parts.Mark Snell and Piper Sullivan are changing that with Jin Gai International Foods LLC, a restaurant they recently opened at 805 S.E.
