Oregon State Police have identified the victims of a double-fatal vehicle collision that occurred Sunday morning on Highway 138 West as a Tennessee man and woman. The driver, Danny D. Harris, 27, and passenger, Athena N. Byrd, 24, both of Elizabethton, Tenn., were identified Monday in a press release from the OSP.  Their 1992 Ford Probe collided with a pickup after the car passed three vehicles, missed a curve and crossed the centerline.
