ROSEBURG Paving to close Harvard ramps The ramps leading on and off Interstate 5 at Harvard Avenue will be closed Monday and Tuesday evenings as part of a paving project. Crews will work those nights to remove old pavement and add a new layer. The work is part of a larger project to pave a half-mile of Harvard between Madrone Avenue and Bellows Street.
