IDLEYLD PARK Bridge project to bring delays The North Umpqua River between the Susan Creek boat launch and the Baker Wayside will be closed beginning Monday to rafting, boating and fishing while workers put the Tioga pedestrian bridge in place. Highway 138 East in that area will be restricted to one lane of traffic Monday and Tuesday. Some delays may exceed one hour.
