DOUGLAS COUNTY Free parenting classes offered The Douglas County Early Childhood Planning Coalition will offer six parenting classes throughout this county this fall. Classes for parents of children 9 years old and younger are scheduled in Roseburg, Canyonville and Glendale. Topics include positive parenting, making parenting a pleasure and nurturing parenting. A class for teen parents is also offered in Roseburg. A class for second-generation parents, including grandparents, aunts, uncles and caregivers is also offered.
