ROSEBURG Cheese making class offered A workshop for making cheese will be offered 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at Pine Grove Community Church, 1729 Buckhorn Road, Roseburg. The Douglas County Master Food Preservers present “Cheese Fresh to Aged,” a class on making a variety of cheeses. The workshop costs $40. Funds collected go to the Douglas County Extension Endowment Fund. Registration is required by Sept. 7 and class size is limited.
