GREEN — A Roseburg man was arrested Saturday on suspicion of running down his girlfriend with his van and then taking off while she lay injured on the side of Highway 42. Samuel Roy Adee, 57, had been involved in a domestic dispute a few minutes earlier with the woman, Ruth D. Hedrick, 52, at a nearby residence, according to the Oregon State Police.
