The Umpqua Valley Wine, Art and Music Festival can be a grab bag of activities for enthusiasts of many stripes. The 43rd annual festival, now in its fourth year at Umpqua Community College, will stick to its title this weekend by presenting 13 winemakers, 70 artists and six musical acts.
