MYRTLE CREEK: $6 million bail for Henson

A Myrtle Creek man accused of murdering two people in an intrafamily shooting on Highway 101 Sunday had his bail set at $6 million at an arraignment Tuesday. Timothy Allen Henson, 43, is accused of two counts of aggravated murder, two counts of second-degree kidnapping and a single count of second-degree assault. A grand jury will decide whether to indict Henson on those charges. Henson will appear in court next Tuesday if he is indicted.
