ROSEBURG Fire on Lookingglass Road Fire crews were called to a small fire around 2:15 Thursday afternoon on Lookingglass Road near Topaz Lane. Crews from the Douglas County Fire Protection Association and the Lookingglass Rural Fire Department responded with three engines and a helicopter.
