Three Coos Bay residents were injured Thursday morning in a rollover accident caused by a tire blowout on Interstate 5 near Winchester, according to the Oregon State Police. The driver, Kathy Lynn Carpenter, 21, and passengers Mary Sue Donaldson, 39, and Ronald Boyd Donaldson, 38, were all taken to Mercy Medical Center following the crash, which occurred around 9:30 a.m. near Milepost 131.
