ROSEBURG Eye lost to bottle rocket Roseburg police were investigating an incident in which a woman lost her eye Friday after a man illegally shot off a bottle rocket. Officer Travis Dahl said Saturday an investigation is under way and police intend to make an arrest for second-degree assault. Police declined to give details, including the names of those involved, but said the victim is a 21-year-old woman.
