The long law enforcement career of S. Tony Zarbano kept him on the ground, but he took to the skies Tuesday afternoon in a biplane built in 1943 to train World War II pilots. Zarbano was one of about a dozen veterans who received a flight in a Boeing Stearman courtesy of the Ageless Aviation Dreams Foundation.
