STEAMBOAT Roseburg man cited for wreck A Roseburg man was cited for failing to drive in his lane following a wreck late Friday in which he struck a guardrail on Highway 138 East near Steamboat. Alexander Baker, 20, was driving east in a 1994 Honda Civic when he crashed at 10:40 p.m. at Milepost 39. The collision totaled the car and caused damage to the guardrail, according to an Oregon State Police report. Baker was also cited for not having insurance. A passenger, Barbara Sanada, 22, of Roseburg, was cited on suspicion of possessing less than an ounce of marijuana. …
