ROSEBURG Logger in serious condition A Roseburg man’s condition was upgraded to serious Tuesday after a logging accident Friday left him in critical condition. Jason Moschgat, 32, was airlifted to the intensive care unit at Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Springfield. A tree he had been cutting in the Azalea area broke off the stump and fell on him. The remote location and poor roads delayed rescue efforts.
