ROSEBURG Group opposing estate tax to present The Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce will host a luncheon Monday with a pro-Measure 84 theme. The measure proposes to phase out Oregon’s estate tax over three years. The current tax is levied on estates worth more than $1 million. It does not tax estates under that amount. Karla Kay Edwards, a member of Americans for Prosperity and Yes on Measure 84 Coalition, will speak at the meeting.
