A major meth supplier in Douglas County arrested

Authorities seized three-quarters of a pound of methamphetamine Tuesday from a man described by authorities as one of Douglas County “main methamphetamine suppliers.” Scott Arnum Wiley, 44, was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Broad Street in Roseburg at about 11 a.m. He was taken to the Douglas County Jail, where he was being held today on suspicion of unlawful possession, manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.
