Dinner, auctions and fun runs weren’t cutting it for the Zonta Club of Roseburg. It tried an Elvis impersonator, but he couldn’t shake loose much money for the group’s charitable causes. So the club will now have women shoot, bowl, golf, toss horseshoes and overcome an obstacle course. “You can only have so many auctions and plant sales,” Zonta Treasurer Gail Trimble said. The Zonta Club will hold an Iron Woman Competition Sept. 29.
