The sounds of a lively march filled the Alzheimer’s ward at the Roseburg Veterans Affairs Medical Center Monday as patients and their caretakers listened raptly. The Golden West Winds, a woodwind quintet from the 45-member Air Force Band of the Golden West, visited the hospital while on a West Coast tour from Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, Calif.
