GLIDE Flying tying festival set The Umpqua Valley Fly Fishers will present the North Umpqua Fall Fly Tying Festival on Saturday inside the Glide Community Center. The free event offers fly tying workshops from professional tiers from across the west coast. A casting pond, vendors, raffles and displays will also be at the event.
