ROSEBURG Man cited after junked transmissions stolen A Roseburg man was arrested Monday afternoon after allegedly stealing several junked transmissions from AAMCO eight days earlier. David Leon Seastrunk, 47, took the transmissions Sept. 9 and planned to turn them in to a scrap dealer, Sgt. Aaron Dunbar of the Roseburg Police Department said. The transmissions were taken from a scrap pile after being removed from vehicles serviced at the repair facility at 2842 N.E. Stephens St. Seastrunk was cited for second-degree theft. …
