ROSEBURG Street art competition planned Phoenix School and the Youth Outreach Project are seeking students between the ages of 15 and 20 to compete in the first Douglas County Street Art Competition on Oct. 6. Applications to participate in the competition are due by 5 p.m. Friday and can be obtained by contacting the Youth Outreach Project at 541-492-1472 or emailing dchyc.dropin@gmail.com.
