OAKLAND Father of hurt baby arrested An Oakland man was arrested Wednesday, two days after emergency medical personnel responded to his home and found his 3-month-old baby with serious head injuries. Jason Kenneth Hogeland, 22, was taken to the Douglas County Jail, where he was booked on suspicion of second- and fourth-degree assault, criminal mistreatment and recklessly endangering. He remained in custody this morning, held on $356,250 bail.
