WINSTON Man accused of sexually abusing 13-year-old girl A 43-year-old Winston man was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl known to the suspect. Daniel Lee Magness was taken to the Douglas County Jail, where he was booked on suspicion of first-degree sexual abuse. He was being held this morning in lieu of $500,000 bail. The girl’s mother contacted the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on Monday to report that her daughter had been allegedly touched inappropriately by Magness over the past two years.
