ROSEBURG Sales associate now manager Kyle Dooley has been named sales manager at the U.S. Cellular retail store in Roseburg. Dooley had worked at the store as a sales associate for three years before his promotion on July 1. As manager, he’ll supervise seven sales associates. Dooley has worked for the company for four years.
