A comic strip debuts in The News-Review today. It’s called “Baby Blues” and is created by Jerry Scott and Rick Kirkman. It replaces “Cul de Sac,” drawn by Richard Thompson, a comic that debuted in 2007 and has been part of the lineup in The News-Review since January 2009. Thompson has Parkinson’s disease and decided to retire and discontinue the strip. The last strip appeared Friday.
