Matt Mataya was working in the back room of the Roseburg O’Reilly Auto Parts store on Sunday evening when he heard a distinctive sound. A loose belt on his 1988 Honda Accord squeaks. Hearing that sound alerted Mataya that someone was messing with his car. Mataya ran out the back door and confronted a man and a woman trying to steal in his car.
