OAKLAND Seattle woman hurt in I-5 crash A Seattle woman was in serious condition today two days after suffering injuries in a one-vehicle crash at Exit 142 on Interstate 5. Anh Nguyet Pham, 59, was driving south about 10:40 p.m. when she drove off an on-ramp and went down an embankment, Oregon State Police said. The vehicle went airborne, crossed both southbound lanes and struck the concrete median, troopers said.
