OAKLAND Seattle woman hurt in I-5 crash A Seattle woman was in serious condition today two days after suffering injuries in a one-vehicle crash at Exit 142 on Interstate 5. Anh Nguyet Pham, 59, was driving south about 10:40 p.m. when she drove off an on-ramp and went down an embankment, Oregon State Police said. The vehicle went airborne, crossed both southbound lanes and struck the concrete median, troopers said. Pham was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Roseburg and then transferred to Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Springfield. Troopers said Pham may have already been in a …
