ROSEBURG Couple accused of dealing meth A Roseburg couple were arrested Monday on accusations they were selling methamphetamine. Darla Faye Brabender, 47, and Fredrico Cardenas, 44, were taken into custody after members of the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team served a search warrant at the apartment they share in the 800 block of Huntley Avenue. Officers made several buys of methamphetamine over the past several months, said Lt. Curt Strickland, DINT commander.
