ROSEBURG Solutions sought to family poverty Women United for Douglas County will host a summit on poverty and the single-parent family from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday in the Ford Community Room of the Douglas County Library. Nonprofit and governmental agencies that provide services will explore poverty and single-parent families in Douglas County and seek solutions to the problems these families face.
