Three men were in custody today, accused of collaborating to distribute in Douglas County a significant amount of methamphetamine imported from Mexico. “There will be a market disruption from this,” Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team Commander Curt Strickland said this morning. “A lot of users will be upset.” DINT concluded a monthslong investigation late Tuesday by arresting Donald “Chris” Dodge, 47, of Roseburg; James Carl Vickers, 50, of Roseburg; and Bryan Keith Michel, 34, of Sutherlin.
