ROSEBURG Session set on nonprofit funds The Oregon Facilities Authority has scheduled an informational session for nonprofit organizations and bankers for 9:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Douglas County Museum, 123 Museum Drive. The OFA is the state agency that helps nonprofits access low-cost financing for the purchase, construction and renovation of facilities, and refinancing of debt for those purposes. These services will be discussed during the session, which is open to nonprofit representatives, bankers and others interested in OFA. After the sessions, Gwendolyn Griffith, OFA’s executive director, will be available for individual meetings to further discuss OFA programs. …
