SUTHERLIN No sign of missing hiker Search and rescue crews have scaled back efforts in the search for 74-year-old Royce Cratty west of Sutherlin. Douglas County sheriff’s deputies and members of search and rescue teams from Douglas and Lane counties searching since Friday have been unable to find any signs of Cratty, who resides in Umpqua. Likewise, an aircraft from the Douglas Forest Protective Associaiton also failed to spot Cratty from the air.
