ROSEBURG Dog shot with Taser An aggressive dog was shot with a Taser after Roseburg police responded Monday evening to a reported disturbance in the 800 block of Northeast Willow Street. An argument was taking place when officers arrived at the residence shortly after 10 p.m. The owner of a pit bull was unable to control her dog, and Officer Ryan Dingman used his Taser to prevent the dog from biting him, police.
