GREEN Car totaled after hood flies up A Roseburg man crashed Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 5 after the hood of his car flew open and obscured his vision, according to the Oregon State Police. Virgil A. Williams, 43, was headed north in the fast lane on I-5 near Green at about 4:40 p.m. when the hood of his 2001 Hyundai Tiburon lifted up.
