ROSE Healthy kids, strong future Two ambitious events this week in Douglas County aimed to have lifelong benefits. The first was the Head Start Child Health Fair. Some 370 preschoolers filed — well, probably not “filed” given they are preschoolers — into the First United Methodist Church in Roseburg for free health screenings and cognitive tests given by medical providers.
