ROSEBURG: Driver arrested in school parking lot

ROSEBURG Driver arrested in school parking lot A Roseburg woman was arrested Thursday on suspicion of drunken driving while waiting at Roseburg High School to pick up a student, police said. Officers responded to a report that a driver ran a red light to turn into the school parking lot and nearly ran into another car. Police contacted Gabriell Rowley, 44, sitting in her vehicle in front of the school office. Officers determined she was intoxicated. She was also arrested on suspicion of having open containers of alcohol in the car. She was booked into the Douglas County Jail. …
