OAKLAND Deputy arrests escaped inmate An escaped inmate from the San Joaquin Correctional Facility in California was arrested Thursday evening after deputies discovered he was in possession of a stolen vehicle, according to the Douglas County Sheriffs Office. Brian Ray Delste, 31, of Stockton, Calif., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle and burglary of tools.
