ROSEBURG Input sought on needs of aging The needs of an aging population will be considered at a community forum Friday. The state Department of Human Services will seek public comments about how to handle the growing number of older people. The number of people older than 65 years old is projected to grow in Douglas County and the state over the next 20 years, according to statistics provided by the Department of Human Services.
