ROSEBURG Motorcyclist leads troopers on chase A Roseburg man was cited on suspicion of attempting to elude a police officer after leading troopers on a short chase while driving an off-road motorcycle on Garden Valley Road west of Roseburg, according to the Oregon State Police.
