REEDSPORT — A city charter amendment approved by voters in May hangs over November’s election for mayor and three council positions. The four positions have drawn a slate of candidates who favored Measure 10-119, which rolled back water and sewer rates and requires a public vote on all tax and fee increases. The measure received 60 percent approval.
