CARVING OUT SATURDAY — The Canyonville Pumpkin and Music Celebration offers classic cars, music and gigantic pumpkins, all featured Saturday at Pioneer Park. This year’s festival has Too Slim & the Taildraggers from Seattle as headliners. Events include hayrides, animal shows and games and activities. Contests include pie-eating, pumpkin carving and the giant pumpkin weigh-off. There will be refreshments and food available.
