ROSEBURG Four transients arrested for prohibited camping Roseburg police Thursday arrested four transients sleeping under a bridge in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson Street on suspicion of illegal camping. Patric Anson, 58, Jack Glampe, 50, Justin Karefoot, 23 and Robert Munion, 48, were cited on suspicion prohibited camping. Karefoot and Munion were also cited on suspicion of criminal trespassing.
