An empty building in Roseburg is going to the dogs ... and cats and other pets. But that’s a good thing for the business community. The building at 333 Garden Valley Blvd., former home to Blockbuster Video, will soon welcome Mini Pet Mart. The building is being remodeled, and owner Dave Williams hopes to have the Mini Pet Smart opened by mid-November. It will be the second such store in Roseburg.
