A trailer loaded with scrap aluminum tipped over in front of Roseburg High School on Tuesday afternoon, damaging a school fence and closing an Interstate 5 ramp for almost five hours. Johnie Scott, 62, of Grants Pass was driving west on Harvard Avenue around 1:45 p.m. when he turned right to go north on I-5 at Exit 124. Bins filled with the metal shifted, causing the trailer to tip over, Roseburg police Sgt. Jeff Eichenbusch said.
