Four legislative candidates spoke about their priorities and differences Thursday during a breakfast forum sponsored by the Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce. The forum came one day before ballots were to be mailed for the Nov. 6 election. The election will determine whether one party can break the 30-30 tie in the House and whether Democrats can maintain a slim 16-14 majority in the Senate.
