Last Saturday, Alder Creek Community Forest in Canyonville celebrated its 10th anniversary. Many reading this article have never heard of ACCF and might wonder what the significance is of a 10-year anniversary of this small educational forest. Some brief history: Bob and Virginia Proctor, longtime residents of the Canyonville area, owned 250 acres of wooded property.
