CURTIN Man seriously injured in crash A crash Wednesday on Interstate 5 near Milepost 163 left a Salem man in serious condition, officials said today. A spokeswoman with the Riverbend Trauma Center in Springfield said this morning. Douglas Grant Teeters, 63, was driving north shortly before 10 p.m. when he veered onto the gravel shoulder, according to Oregon State Police. His Dodge Caravan slid sideways and crossed both northbound lanes before striking the concrete median.
