GRANTS PASS RHS band earns first place The Roseburg High School Marching Band earned two first place trophies at the Pride of the Northwest band competition in Grants Pass on Oct. 13. Roseburg High was awarded the first place trophy in the AA division in the preliminary portion and first place out of the seven competing bands in the finals. The band also won trophies for visuals, music, auxiliary, general effect and percussion. At the competition, Roseburg High set a new all-time high score of 74.7.
